Description

Another older drawing. This one was inspired by the old Bugs and Elmer cartoons. On the rare occasions that Elmer actually shot and "killed" Bugs, he became immediately mournful and distraught. Like Bugs, this possum is just pretending.

This is also the worst piece of "Pogo" fan art ever.

In a MAD mag classic, WHAT IF CARTOON CHARACTERS ACTED LIKE REAL PEOPLE? *, Pogo is sans shirt, walking on all 4's and devoid of any rational thoughts (Possums don't have a true cerebrum), he swims across the swamp pond - and is chomped up by a feral equally non- sentient Albrrt.
